Ken Faro, Ph.D
Head of Data & Analytics

Ken Faro is a Ph.D. in Social Psychology and uses his education to create custom-designed research programs for brands, revealing in-depth consumer insights. Ken has worked in head insight roles both in the market research industry, and advertising industry.

As VP of Research at Hill Holliday, Ken developed and executed custom insight plans across clients such as Calvin Klein, Dunkin' Donuts, Bank of America, Planet Fitness, and Party City, among others.

Matt Hofherr
Chief Momentum Officer

Matt Hofherr's brand momentum expertise comes from his extensive advertising background. Throughout Matt's award-winning career he has served as a Managing Partner at eight different agencies. He believes he can tell when an agency is about to take their next great step. He might be right. He worked at Chiat/Day, BBDO, FCB and Kirshenbaum Bond + Partners when they were all named “Agency of the Year”.

Matt has led strategy departments for traditional shops, response marketing shops, digital shops and social media shops. He got his start in strategic planning working on Apple Computers. To this day, strategic planning and business growth remain Matt's top priorities. Matt was twice nominated for the American Advertising Federation's Hall of Achievement and Matt has been a finalist judge for the North American Effie Awards six times! His work on Levi's was also named one of the "50 Greatest Commercials of All Time"

Head of Strategy

Amie has spent 20+ years working on global, national and local brands in the US, China, Hong Kong, Japan and the UK. She’s worked to help global brands enter new markets, local brands find their brand voice and national brands to better understand their consumers. She loves the power of creativity and the feeling of goosebumps when she feels a great idea, but more than anything she wants to help brands grow thoughtfully.
